An Acetate Birthday Card

Today I am showing you a birthday card I made from getting inspiration at Pinterst. I really like the card and this is my result.

I took a white base card and cut the half of a circle die out of the front of the card. I then added a piece of acetate behind it. To cover up I the acetate on the inside I added another piece of cardstock where I also cut out half of the circle die. I then took some designer papers and cut half the circle out that was a bit larger then the circle I used on the base card. I distressed the edges of the designer papers using a distress tool and then inked the edges with some Distress Ink. I cut some leaves in white as well as quite a lot of flowers. I inked the flowers with blue in the center and brown on the petal edges. I added some dots on each flower with a black fineliner and added pearls in the center after shaping the petals. I added a homemade sentiment on the acetate. To hide the tape I added a strip of cardstock on the inside. The sentiment appears to be floating. It did take some time to get all the flowers done. I do love the result for this beautiful card.

I will be adding this to the following challenge:
Die Cut Diva's September 2025 - Anything Goes
Little Red Wagon #826 - Congratulations
Cardz 4 Galz #259 - Dies or Punches
Beautiful Blossoms #33 - Anything Floral Goes

Till next time
